Perishable Items (Sea Moss Gel & Spring Water)

• No Returns: Due to the perishable nature of sea moss gel and spring water, all sales are final.

• Exceptions for Damage or Errors: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24–72 hours of delivery at [insert contact email].

• Evidence Required: Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s).

• Resolution: We will gladly replace or refund items confirmed to be damaged or sent in error.

Non-Perishable Items (Dried Sea Moss)

• Returns Accepted: We accept returns of unopened, unused dried sea moss within 7–30 days of delivery.

• Condition: Returned items must be in original, sealed packaging.

• Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required.

• Refunds: Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us promptly with your order number and photographic proof. Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund as appropriate. Claims made after 72 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
